Shipping

How are my shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination for UPS / Fedex upon checkout.
Can my order be delivered 365 days a year?
Orders will not be delivered on federal holidays or Sundays.
What if something happens to my order in-transit?
Hugo & Marie is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or any such uncontrollable event.
Where is my order coming from?
All orders are processed and shipped from New York.



Payment
What currency can I pay in?
All prices are listed in US dollars.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards Mastercard, Visa, and American Express and Paypal. We do not accept payment by check or money order.
Is my order taxed?
All accessories and jewelry are subject to New York sales tax of 4.375%

How can I contact one of the artists?

Can I contact an artist for a commission or collaboration?

Can I submit my work for consideration?
Unfortunately artist submissions for the Boutique are not accepted at this time.

Hugo & Marie is a creative consultancy and artist management agency founded in 2008. This boutique was created as a platform to curate, promote, and facilitate the development of products by artists we love and admire. We work closely with a select group of individuals who each work toward a wide variety of creative endeavors. We'd like to share these objects and projects with you.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS and FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination. For express service please place orders by 11am EST. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. *For holiday delivery please place your orders with express shipping to guarantee timely delivery!*
